I have a wonderful little motivator in my life.  This evening I had a very meaningful and fun chat with my nine-year old son, Justin. I confided in Justin how confused I was about a recent major life changing decision I made.  My son's motivating words to me are summarized as follows:

• the money you make is worth a lot less if you are not having fun doing it
• never think of a bad situation as the end and always think of it as the beginning
• treat every single client as if they are the first client

Excellent words of wisdom to live by!  Thanks Justin - I owe you a lot more than 3 nickels!
