I am continually fascinated by the differences between those who are successful and those who are considered not. 

What is it that makes some soar higher than others?  Like a rocket, those who soar higher are those with a bigger booster. 

To me, boosters comes in two forms: those that inspire me and those that don't.  I am not inspired by people who already have a running start by whatever means, because I don't have that luxury.  I'm not saying I don't respect some of them for keeping whatever they inherited running, because it does take some brains not to fail even with a running start.

I am inspired by those who started with nothing and created something they can call their own, through their personal hard work, persistence, perseverance, and patience.  These people have their own internal booster, which they ignited by taking that very first, big, most difficult step.

I believe that until a person is able to truly say to himself, "I am ready," no ignition of the booster can ever happen.

I am ready.
