An entrepreneur, assured his employee who had been working some crazy hours on an important project, that although the past year had been Hellish, the next year was sure to be more Heavenly.  A thought came to me:  though the employee may work just as hard as the entrepreneur, he can only ever hope to be rewarded with Earthly pleasures, which for most, is just fine.  The entrepreneur, however, can expect his pain to be rewarded with Heavenly treasures.
